About Us
Hello! My name is Mireia - welcome to my local bakery!
Every Saturday morning I bake and deliver delicious breads and pastries to your home. You only have to preorder them by Thursday and be patient until Saturday morning arrives 😀
My products include sourdough breads, buttery French pastries,
buns and others, all made in-house.
My breads are prepared with a home-grown sourdough starter, which includes billions of beneficial bacteria, and are left to ferment for 18-24 hours, resulting in delicious healthier breads that are easier to digest.
Besides, we only use 100% British stoneground organic flour from local suppliers (and French flour for baguettes), because we don't want flour that has been sprayed with nasty pesticides and we like knowing where our ingredients come from.
Alongside the bakery on Saturdays, we also offer catering services for parties and events. Check out our Parties & Events tab!
Tin Loaf Bakery is born from a passion of baking and hours of testing and developing different recipes, and I hope you will enjoy our products as much as me and my family do!
